It depends on what state/country/region you live in. Just search up the age of consent in your state/province. In Canada, you have to be 16 and there can't be more than a 5 year age gap. The U.S.A's age of consent differs by state though it's usually 16-18 . (I'm Canadian so I'm not sure if there's the age gap rule in the USA).
