of course
Generally speaking, most ppl equate "making love" w/intimacy, caring, romance; "rough sex" is equated w/lust, power, & sometimes anger.
Mercutio says this; If love be rough with you, be rough with love; Prick love for pricking, and you beat love down. He is responding to Romeo's line, "Is love a tender thing? It is too rough, too rude, too boistrous, and it pricks like thorn." He is saying essentially that if love is making your life difficult, don't give in to love. Of course all of this talk of pricks and beating love down is suggestive, perhaps suggesting a way of not giving in to love. "If love be rough with you, be rough with love. Fight prick for prick and you beat love down." - Mercutio, Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare. Mercutio is saying to Romeo, if love is hard on you then fight it. And if you fight enough you will win. and be happy again. This is a loose translation.

When you have sex just to have sex you are not making love, technically. Making love includes some emotion, and you probably should know each other pretty good. But all things fair, you can have sex and still make love. No one can really tell you that you are not "making love".
Long distance. Rough

This phrase suggests that if love treats you harshly or unkindly, you should also respond in a tough or resilient manner. It implies that you should mirror the intensity of love's actions.
Well, "above" and "love" do rhyme, but the words "who you always think of making love" don't make much sense without the word "with", as in "with whom you always think of making love" (if you mean the pastor, I hope not, unless you're married to him!), or "the stars, with which you always think of making love" (which still doesn't make sense, how can you make love with stars?).
