Opinion:I know it's bad, but you have to make her jealous. I am a girl and if I saw my ex flirting with other girls even though I broke up with him, I would be jealous. I would recommend letting enough time pass after the breakup that you are able to have some decent dialogue with her. One of the worst things you can do is to pressure her to talk when she isn't ready. Or by coming around when she isn't ready to see you. Patience is the name of the game my friend. This is coming from, unfortunately, a lot of experience.

I would suggest in the mean time sitting down and really thinking about why you hurt her in the first place. If you care about her would you hurt her to the point of a breakup? Also, do you want her back because you love her? Or is it because you no longer have her that you want her back?

The bottom line to all of this is there isn't anything you can do to get her back. In fact, all you can do are things to make her not want to come back.

If whatever you did you can make up for and never do anything to hurt her again in the future, then that's up to her. I'd say it's a question on how you hurt her and then pray that she forgives you. If you are the type of person who gets pleasure from hurting girls there's a good chance the best thing she could have done was run away, if not then ask her to forgive you and see where that takes you.

well hit on her friend show her your fine and don't need her I do not suggest this mainly from experience. What I did was ask her to start over to being friends and worked my way up from there. Note: she will get other boyfriends, don't worry they won't usally last long if you are still in school.
