Really the best and most helpful thing you can do is listen to help. Some problem don't want answers or fixes but just a friendly ear to hear their problems. you can advise them but usually relationship issues the answers need found by themselves. so just sit back and listen, who knows you may have more insight than you think or you learn something about your relationship.
