That's a toughie. There are things to consider, is the boy older than you or younger? Perhaps he isn't sure if he is a good kisser, he might think he will screw everything up. Although I'm sure young people such as him (and you?) aren't open mouthing just yet. But try and ask one of his close friends "Do you think (person's name) would want to kiss me?". Or you could just ask if he wants a/to kiss.

ok you dont need just a 12 year old to kiss you...eny 1 can kiss you...you just need to be cool be yourself but if your dumb,try harder to change pepz will get to like you and you might get a man...trust me i do it all the time..i u..tootles.

I'm a 12 year old girl too,

I've only kissed my boyfriend once. It was nice and cute. I was nervous as you probably are, and we were already holding hands so I grabbed his other and and I whispered in his ear "kiss me" and he blushed a bit then he smiled and leaned forward eyes closed and his soft lips gently touched mine!
