Stating your opinions could mean a lot to your partner. Be open and talk to her/him about your problems or something that may help her/him recognize you more. Tell your ideas and make her/him more interested in you. Having bonds can help you relationship strong like going on a date, playing Video Games or anything good that you both could do. Being HONEST is the most important rule in a relationship. You mustn't be afraid to tell your partner something that you have done wrong or if there is something/someone bothering you.

You also need to learn how to say NO to some things that you know are wrong. If he/she really loves you he/she will understand or she/he will not ask you something bad in the first place if he/she really loves you.

Giving her/him compliments can strengthen your relationship but you must make sure that you are complimenting the right way.

n order to have a successful relationship in marriage just be yourself and be true never try to be anyone your not, Honesty is the key thing. Always be honest with your husband/wife no one deserves to be lied to. Trust is another important thing, always trust what the your spouse is telling you. This should go both ways and be a mutual thing. Never loose yourself in a relationship, never give up everything you like to do or you friends/social life for someone. To be able to keep a relationship for a long time, you will have to BOTH have to be loyal in the relationship, no lies, no secrets, no cheating ect.

and dont be OVER caring, some guy dont like that.. but if you boyfriend is the type that likes to be cared for then dont suffercate him. (i've made that mistake) and when you argue - if you do. Don't threaten to break up and if he does, tell him why would he want to?

the recipe for a long lasting relationship is simply this:

1. honesty- lies are way to hard to keep up with and they waste time.

2. make sure that the both of you share common interests and goals.

3. for a girl, don't be to snoopy or too jealous, its a total turn off for guys...most of the time.

4. for a guy, be yourself around your girl, talk to her and don't keep secrets.

5. if you are just entering a relationship DO NOT have sex right away. the girl will either feel used or like a booty call, and she wont think much of the guy afterward, i mean unless all she wants from him is sex. and for guys I'm sure that it sort of looks bad on her part because if you really want a long time thing, she wouldn't have just given it to you like that.

and lastly.

6. have fun. everyone wants someone else to have fun with. boys, if she is bored out of her mind and you are on your xbox, make a little effort to plan a movie or take her to an amusement park. feel like a little kid again and just enjoy it.
