im twelve so what you can do you can show her a pop out video, you can panic as if there where an emegency get her out of the house then lock her out, you can get her phone or diary, prank call her as someone she likes o some thing, call her as her teacher tell her she is in trouble, Scare her , haunt her idk im 12 that annoys me but i like being scard some times if its dark one time my dad was sitting on the ground like he was dead the lights were off then i turned then on turned around and there he was sitting like he was dead it freaked me out!

You really shouldn't. But to answer your question you could say nice things, and compliment her if you like what she is wearing. you could also help her do her hair or something like that.
