Hi there! It depends in what context. If you want to say "let me know if you want to go for dinner" you'll say "dime si quieres ir a cenar" or "ya me dirás si quieres ir a cenar" (being the first one in present tense so you want to know it asap and the second one is in future tense meaning "tell me when you know it"). Another example: "whenever you come back, let me know how was it". You'd say "cuando vuelvas, cuéntame cómo fue".
