Well, for starters be yourself. ALWAYS be yourself, start off by saying 'hey xx' or 'supp gorgous?' These are flirty, but good ways to start a conversation. Start off by talking about how his day way, or about if he saw the that tv you both like?

And boys are pretty hard to crack, trust me! But after the VERY 1St conversation we had over FACEBOOK, he even admitted to me that he was pretty hard to crack, but i cracked his shell.

It's a common dilemma which many people face. Sometimes when we look around we find some guys very good at it and it generates lot of inferior complexity in you. Trying anything desperately is not going to help much. In fact can lead to lot of damage.
