depends how much older she is then you.. or is shes younger. if shes older, tell her you may be young, but if shes willing to talk to you, you are mature enough to handle that age group. if shes younger, tell her you can protect her;)

i am also 11 try to do it indirectly, like if you havent seen her in a while, say "its really nice to see you again" but dont say it straight out, she may not have the same feelings and you dont want to scare her
