By taking her into confidence. You will have to trust her before you doubt her. A happy married life is built upon a mutual trust foundation. If one of you doubts the other then the married life is meaningless. I would advice you to make close friendship with your wife and involve her in all your activities thus spending more time with her. Very soon you will get your answer. All the best

If you don't trust your wife, divorce her. If you are having trouble trusting your wife, you may want to examine why you are having trust issues with her. Are you cheating on her? Many men stop trusting their wives when they start cheating on them because they feel she will do the same to them. Try talking to her about your trust issues instead of me. Without trust, you do not have much of a relationship and should consider alternative arrangements.

It would seem tome that the "simple" answer would be to stop being so "jealous"................, and see if that helps YOU!!!!!!

Trust is given sometimes... TOOOOOO... freely to those we profess to love and care about. However... when we don't receive what WE want from them, (those we profess to love), then, we start to distrust, especially when they act in a way that is Different or odd to what we expected or hoped.


Would you agree? Is THAT a part of what you are experiencing?


We do "expect", however,that they know; acknowledge; and...understand our emotions and feelings. But to "KEEP IT REAL......" sometimes, they just don't.


I know how you feel. I'm in the same boat. (unfortunately). I struggle everyday with that emotion, fear and turmoil in my heart and mind, but th truth is..... I dont know if it's legitimate or not.


But I still feel it.




You have GOT TO_ STOP_ the" jealousy" b4 you can find out if your MIS-trust is legitimate or not. And THAT is the hard part.


ask Yourself:
Is it because of my PAST that I cant trust her?
Do I have Evidence... hard cold evidence, that proves WHY I cant trust her.
THEN.. ask yourself...
Is it b"cuz of MYSELF, and the things that Ido... the reason that I can't trust my wife?




"HOW"; as you said it, Is just by doing it, unless You have "solid reason' for NOT trusting her.


I will suggest this...IF your a believer in a "higher power", or GOD......, Then, PRAY ( and pray a lot...) ,and ask for help to STOP being so jealous and START "learning..." how to trust.


I say this b'cuz, I do it everyday, ALL day...... and SOMEtimes...... it helps.......
