Point out what you are not so good at. If it is only a small part of a subject, describe it with more detail. E.G.
I'm good with maths but some parts like time conversion I have troubles with.
You should let your interviewer know that you are aware of your weakness, but you are working on ways of managing your weaknesses while building upon your strengths. Let them know that you will learn how to improve your weak areas by working and seeking the assistance of help from others.
