Well this is my motto... Forgive anf forget, but don't forget as to where you can't bring it up agian. Just tell yourself that everything will be ok, and things will get better for you. Don't beat yourself up over something he did. Sweety it's not your fault it was his bad decison, and you had nothing to do with it. I promise everything will be ok. :- )

Answer It is so hard to heal from one partner cheating on the other and it could take years for the hurt to go away. Everytime you dress up, he may think who is she getting sexy for. If you wear make up the same thing, but with time, lots of love from you to him he may forgive you. I say may, because not all men do get over being cheated on and the couple end up in Divorce Courts. Good luck to you.

Talk to your priest if your a catholic, a pastor if you are Protestant. But one thing you might and can help you is talk to your spouse and if the two of you are still living together, ask him or her that having time by yourself might help you to decide what you wanted in life right now. Being away from each others can really help you. I did it but mine went straight to divorce.
