Cignalspy is a SCAM! I encourage every one to file for a refund. Yes, it's only $30.00, the effort to recover the money is hardly worth the time, and besides Cignalspy's "Terms" clearly states, No Refunds, will prosecute, yadda yadda. Cignalspy is counting on this phioosphy in order to bank your bucks. They are making millions of dollars (probably billions), one $30.00 scam at a time! I had the same attitude until I started reading the plethora of complaints against Cignalspy (See the below websites). Also, I found a statement from Cignalspy's Public Relations Officer, Mike Mohan that clearly states "...100% money back guarantee to unsatisfied customers..." I sent a cancellation & refund request to Cignalspy's billing department as required but never received a response. Go Figure. Anyway, I will attach the refund statment with my charge-back request to Master Card. (Statement below)

I completely agree with you and your readers on the matter of customer service. When our company first started we only provided services to private detectives, law enforcement, and bail bondsman. Just recently (this year) allowed our services to go public and because of this we hired a third party company to handle most of our support department. Last month we discovered that this 3rd party support department was not answering queries in timely manners, at times not answering at all, and not correctly assisting our customers when they did respond. This is completely unacceptable. After the administration department had received complaints we investigated the issue and as of June 26th we have parted ways with this support agency. We now handle our customer service in house and are now hiring a large customer support team and will be adding live phone support as well as the current live chat support to make sure our customers are helped correctly.
