It depends on who you are, your age, your position, etc. There is nothing illegal about dating a substitute teacher in general. However, if you are underage, a student, etc., there may be some real legal and moral issues that can lead to a multitude of problems.and if your still a miner it is illgeal . and a substitute it is still illgeal...............................

It surely is a bad idea and against school policy and is, or should be, grounds for dismissal. If the student and assistant are both 18 or older, it is probably not illegal, or if it is, firing the assistant will probably be all that happens.

Yes. Just make sure that nobody finds out. I would think that a teacher who has a college degree would not want to date a kid who has not even graduated from high school, but Stranger Things have happened.

NO! It is illegal in most states for someone with any sort of a teacher relationship to have sexual contact with a student, even if they are over the age of sexual consent.

It depends if the relationship is "clean" having inappropriate relations with a person who is i think more then 4 years older then you is ILLEGAL.

Yes. It is legal for a teacher to have a realtionship with a former student as long as the teacher is retired and is not teaching the student in anyway.

If the Student is more then 18 years old and has already finished high school. I think you can ,but if your still in high school not 18 its law forbidden.
