Yes if you have a girlfriend that is two years older than you that's great. But I would highly suggest getting to know her very well first because she might just be joking with you or doing that for laughs with her friends. But otherwise its completely normal to have a girlfriend of a different age group.

In my opinion, the girl is too young to be performing in sexual activity. No one can stop either of you, but if the boy is not 100% positive he wants to stay with the girl, I'd keep the sex on a down-low. To say it's wrong is an opinion- there really is no right or wrong, but I wouldn't do that at 13!! Just make sure that both of you *really* know what you're doing before you make a mistake!!
