i am sorry but i do not believe a 15 year old truly knows what love is yet. maybe i am wrong though. the way i see it is that age is just a number, it is all about maturity and feelings rather than age.

so in my opinion no it isn't wrong.

It's normal for him to want to but it is not normal for her to want to date a boy so much younger.

Girls mature sooner than boys both emotionally and physically so for an 18-year-old girl to be interested in dating a younger boy is a sign of her being immature for her years.

So I suggest you enjoy the thought of her but set your sights on a girl your age.

Technically, you can "date", but anything that can be deemed as 'sexual contact' can, and will, have the 18 year old arrested.
