Sexual Relationship is not allowed before marriage in Islam. Young people and often first time lovers believe that their current relationship will be their final relationship and they will get married to the same person. However, over time differences may occur and the relationship may not work out into marriage. In such a case, you will never feel loyal to the person you get married to as you have lost your virginity with someone else. Also, after marriage, you may not be comfortable facing your ex partner. This is just one of the arguments, there are countless other arguments such as unwanted pregnancies, loss of reputation, etc. To avoid all these problems, it is best to enter into a physical relationship with your partner only after marriage and Allah knows best.

Love is the teaching of Islam and all God religions. However. per Islam religion, the narrow meaning of love as sex (oral and intercourse sex) is forbidden to be practiced outside licit marriage. It is sinful per Islam religion to exercise any sex whatsoever without licit marriage.
