Laws that call for punishments or fines are 'enforced' laws.
The current laws themselves are fairly clear: the creator has the exclusive right to copy, alter, distribute, or perform the work. The issue is whether those laws are respected and enforced.
Laws are passed and enforced like they are in any part of the world.
Most laws aren't enforced.
A pending law will not be enforced until passed by whoever is in charge of pending laws. As soon as the law is passed, it will be put into effect and enforced. by deepika (m.b.b.s.)
It is not respected, as rulers violate laws as they please
The laws are enforced according to the votes. The bill(which contains the laws)is passed in the sabha. The council of ministers elect the best bill and the law which is written in the bill is passed. The bill which gets major votes is enforced.
laws are never respected in India. Nor they enforced. Just imagine how we have plundered our natural resources and wealth. It's a sad commentary on the unsatiable greed of man. Fisheries, forests, grasslands and croplands are the four principal biological systems of earth. They are the foundation of global economic system. Overfishing is destroying fisheries. Local forests are disappearing. Tropical forests, "The powerhouse of evolution" are disappearing. And croplands are in bad shape. We are losing an acre and half every minute. This happens insipte of article 48A of the constitution. Who cares for the laws? open plundering of nature and natural resources continues unabated.
