If you are on a date and you want to get some pictures with you and your date, well... first of all I don't recommend doing that the first time because it may make him/her a little weirded out or that your being pushy. I don't know why but I guess you could just put it in the way that if people aren't friends they normally don't take photos together.
Other than that, go somewhere with beautiful vista and casually just say "Why don't we take some pictures together?" and snap a couple. If you're date is actually really into you they'll want to take pictures with you. Just see how the chemistry is building.
By the way I'm sorry if this isn't what you meant, like if you meant tips for dates where you go photographing of nature and stuff. For that, it's basically just like any other date, make sure you're flirty and stuff and if possible have a picnic afterwards outside in a very pretty area, while you share beautiful photos you took and talk about anything.
Once your in a relationship with someone and you're really into each other you could even go to a special Photography place and they can get some cool photos of you two.
Hope I helped :)
