Having been a teen myself and now the mother of teens, I'd say that most teenagers find it hard to talk to their parents about anything that might upset them or be the source of an argument. This could be anything from sex, dating, drugs, grades, music, religion, politics...the list goes on. I think it's very important for parents to let their children know that they can come to them to talk about anything and yet still feel safe and secure enough to trust that their parents won't stop loving them.
Teens are hesitant to talk about sex to their parent....well it depends on the parent, but most of the time we rather not ask.
About 70% or more teens have issues that they wanna talk about but just don't know how to bring them up or talk about them with friends parents and or school counselor.

you might get scared because its someone ur parents or someone dont no u talk to
Teens have abortions without parental consent because of mainly on thing...being scared. Think about it, how many things would you set yourself up for if you had to tell your parents you were pregant. The right thing to do is to TELL YOUR PARENTS, but some girls don't feel that they parents will think differently of them. And they are right they will, but they will be there for them even after all the fights. Girls are scared. If you think you are pregnent as a teen or if you think your teen is preganent talk. Just talk. Think of the possibilities that could happen if you don't. But whatever you do PLEASE, do not make a innocent baby pay for your mistake or the mistake of your child. DONT HAVE AN ABORTION
they like to talk + they'll learn to communicate
At least 12 if you trust them but if you don't then at least 14. You should talk to your parents about it. The salon doesn't mind as long as you are in your teens.

The first time to many teens have the sex talk with their parents, is when telling them that they are pregnant. Parents, if the teens have a sex queston with their parents, don't assume they are doing it. And teens, if your parents aren't talking to you about sex, don't assume they don't care. Teenage pregnancy is 100% preventable. Start talking. For more information, please visit, stayteen.org or abcfamily.com
Try to talk to that parent and ask why are you cheating the other parent. Tell him/her that it's not right to do that. Tell him/her your true feelings about this problem. If you're too scared or shy to talk then don't talk about it.
Talk to them.
There are many websites online that give advice on raising trouble teens. People can read advice from professionals or share their experiences and talk to others dealing with troubled teens. People can also choose to get help from a charity such as Barnardos or the Nspcc.
