The male can be charged with Statutory Rape. It does not matter whether the male had permission or not, it is still Sex with a Minor. The parents could have the male charged. State laws vary, but the male could be charged with any of the following and some not listed: * Rape * Statutory Rape * Sex with a minor * Underage sex * Sexual contact with a minor * Criminal Sexual Conduct, 1st through 4th degrees * Inappropriate contact with a minor * Adding or Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor * Lewd and Lasivious behavior * Exploitation of a minor * Molestation * Sexual Harassment The law states that no minor may give consent, and that all responsibilty lies with the adult.
Yes, with parental consent. But you can't have sex, though.
They could be prosecuted. The legal age of consent is sixteen therefore having sex with a fifteen year old is illegal. The police would have to be notified for charges to be made though.
yes. even if you did consent. where do you live though.?
If you are a ward of the state, you need the state's approval, and the chances of you getting that are highly unlikely.
I assume your concern means that you are planning to have sex with this sixteen year old. While the age of consent is sixteen in Mississippi, there's kind of a grey area because they're sixteen and you are more than eighteen so you could be potentially be charged with statutory rape. If her parents are okay with your relationship or you are not planning to have sexual contact with this sixteen year old, you're probably fine.Keep in mind though, that a sex charge is the only criminal allegation under US or state codes that require you to prove your innocence (that's right, guilty until proven innocent). As such, engaging in any sort of non-chaperoned relationship (group dates, social gatherings, etc.) with the minor girl is a recipe for personal chaos--prosecution and conviction for any of a variety of sexually based offenses.
The age of consent in Maryland is 16 so you are safe. If she had been a minor though no one had been able to give her consent. They had then broken the law.
There are no laws for dating so that is up to the parents. To have sex though you have to have reached age of consent and that is 16 in Georgia.
If he is not on the account he is not responsible for the debt, even if he made charges. If the charges were made without the consent of the account holder he could be guilty of a fraudulent act. Whoever's name is on the account is the one who owes the debt.
i think if the women in the relationship is pregnant you don't need your parents consent in Georgia... I'm not too sure though
no not yet. She should be in may though.
Any of the parents can get a restraining order against their child's love interest so both would be good. This does not apply when it comes to sex though where you have to follow the age of consent law in your state. A parent can never consent to their minor having sex if it is illegal..
As long as the parents are okay they can date. Sexual activity is another thing altogether, but it wouldn't be statutory rape, though there might be lessor charges.
