im thinking that a kiss on the forehead is more of a sign of tender affection than that of romance, now, obviously romance contains some elements of affection, but they aren't the same thing. a kiss to the forehead by your boyfriend, unless he is naked at the time, is merely a showing of love and the desire to make you feel loved and safe, as our parents would do the same when we were young.
