I don't mean to give you an answer that you don't want to hear.

but the truth is, if she is with another guy, and you "love" her, then chances are. its not true love. you may like her a whole lot but I tell you dude when your in love you know it..

When i started dating my girlfriend, I liked her so much before we were dating and I liked her for months. I felt like I loved her but I knew I couldn't really love her since I dont even know her that well

I finally said I love you about 2 months after I started dating her because it was the best 2 months ever and we did everything together. best times of my life.

My advice to you is

If you really want to be with her and you feel like you love her, ask her to a movie or something and just chill with her more to get to know her better, chances are if you hang out with her more and more, she'll realize that you might be makin MORE of an effort to hang out with her than her own boyfriend and finally just dump him for you. it sounds harsh but sometimes its for the best...
