they live under a communist government so they have no say in any thing really. they cant do what they want the government has all The control in every thing.
the purpose is the citizens people is paying taxes to the government and the government just taking the money and doing the own thing with it to help out what they need

There is no such thing as a citizen of England in international law. People of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all British citizens in international law. Canada is an independent country and anyone who wanted to become a Canadian citizen would have to apply to the Canadian authorities in the same way that a Canadian would have to apply to the British authorities if they wanted to become a British citizen.

It depends. If the citizens are truly in need, meaning that the person is mentally or physically disabled, then government care is simply the noble thing to do. However, if the person is able to work and fend for themselves, and are simply too lazy to do anything for themselves, then it is nothing more than abusing a program intended to help those less fortunate than we are. I apologize if my politically incorrect beliefs are offensive to anybody here, but this answer is the truth.
