· New Trend Of Surrogate Motherhood.
· IIn India a business of surrogate mother's is more relevant when it is concerned with more than hundred dollars billions business ..Any childless couple have to pay Rs 50 to 99 laces amount for surrogate mother in USA while the same mother is available only in 5 to 10 laces in India. As everyone is aware about Anand 's surrogate mother house where 35 mothers are being cared for the future sons and daughters ,who will extolled the homes of issueless couples. In India there is no such ban on these mothers as it happened in other countries. Although taking decision of becoming surrogate mother is not very easy. But due to poverty and low standard of living of the country many women apply for the same position against a single advertisement.
Although this is very sentimental and touchy issue of conceiving the baby and handover him/her to another couple on cost of money. But as many women say that it is pious work and this sacrifice is giving happiness to other families and more over not related to sin or crime. A young girl when refused to marry with double aged old man on cost of Rs one lace payment ,being kicked by her brother and compelled to leave the home. A homeless lady on the roads, saw a advertisement for making money ,chose this option. Now after few months she will deliver the baby and earn few laces money for her future liveliness. One another lady mother of three children who is also in expecting condition has to save her husband's life who needs some immediate operation /surgery. Such women said instead of selling body this is better option to have nutritious food at surrogate mothers house.
As these mothers are going to give birth for some very rich couples ,therefore they are having very good food ,which they have never tested before in their entire life. It is good aspect of this phenomenon that these women are allowed to see their children and husbands when they desire so. According to the Indian act any woman can breed 4-5 fetus where few other countries do not allow more than two times expectancies. This is short cut method of earning the money for Indian women. They do not see this job as commercial point of view, rather they co relate it with welfare concept.
Many people raised the question that should the Indian moms sell out their wombs for sake of money? or should a law allow the woman to remain a machine for production of children.? The feeling of motherhood is always good sensation. When it is giving pleasure and happiness to issueless couples and giving all happiness and comforts in their entire life ,they do not see any bad consequence in it.

There are many agencies you can work with to learn how to be a surrogate mother. The best agency I have found is Surrogate Mothers Inc.
Usually 18 to 30
15 years
Surrogate mothers are used more frequently in modern pregnancies than in contemporary births. Altough the percentage would be over fifty percent in modern pregnancies there are still a higher number of births altogether (when considering all types of birth) which do not use surrogate mothers.
They often get depressed after seeing the child handed over to the other parents

Nope, no rights to the child at all after birth.
Surrogate mothers in the USA have the legal right to make decisions about their own healthcare during pregnancy, to receive compensation for their services, and to have a written agreement outlining the terms of the surrogacy arrangement. They also have the right to legal representation and to terminate the pregnancy if they choose.
