Look at the persons mouth and tuck in your bottom lip when you do it. Make your bottom lip look like you are thinking. You know: kinda bite your lower lip just slightly with your top front teeth. If you do this while looking at the other person's lips they will percieve you as thinking of kissing. That person will think "oh, she/he is waiting for a kiss."
