Two of your first cousin's grandparents are not related to you. The two others are also your grandparents.
If you get into second or third cousins, or more distant cousins, then the relationship terms differ - always with some of the cousin's grandparents being unrelated to you.
The grandparents related to you of your second cousin are your great aunt and great uncle.
The related grand parents of your third cousin are your first cousins, twice removed.
If remarried, then step-grandma.

Canadians typically call their grandma "Grandma" or "Nana," similar to the terms used in many other English-speaking countries.
I call my grandma's aunt, Great Aunt. Maybe that's what you call her, but she is of course your great-great-aunt.
There is no Islamic term for grandma. They just call her grandma, in their respective languages of course.
