If you are really interested in this person you should approach him/her and let them know how you are feeling. The reason for this is because the longer you hold it in it's going to eat at you mentally and physically. Don't think about it just do it. What should you do? You should do what you would want to do: strike up a conversation, by saying "Hello" and expressing polite interest in the other person. If there is a reasonable chance that you will meet again, you can do this kind of social thing more than once, before asking if the other person would like to do something together - walk, have coffee...etc. If it's likely you will not meet again by chance, then you might have to take your courage in hand, and explain that as you might not meet again by chance , you would like a cell phone number or some other way of meeting. It is not the end of the world if the other person declines, so long as you stay pleasant throughout. It's good for you!

you should test the waters u no hang out with him more see im was goin throught the same thing so i just went right out n asked him n he liked me back n now were going out but if ur not that brave then you should flirt more with him n if he flirts back then make the 1st step n ask him out or u can just wait till he asks u out

You could also ask around to like his friends and see if he has said anything about you to them.
