Sounds like this guy is playing mind games and punishing you by not having sex when you want to. He's also a controller! Rule of thumb is that people should enjoy sex and let's face it some of us are going to be too tired at times, then women have PMS, can be in peri-menopause or menopause and the libito can be either high or in most, low. Both parties are suppose to enjoy sex and if you don't feel like it once in awhile then be honest with your partner and let them down gently. Each partner should respect the other. Sex is to be enjoyed and not meant as a duty. Most men always want sex (although I know several that admit they are tired when they get home from work) and simply not in the mood. Women can be the same. Illness can also interfere with sex. Some medications lower the libido in both men and women. If someone tells you they're getting the best sex they've ever had every single day of the week and possibly 3 times a day is not telling the truth! It's rare. It's time for you to realize that you are in charge of your own body and married or not, if you don't feel like it, then your partner should understand and respect you. Men never went blind from not having sex! Marcy He's probably saying that he'd like his wife to be more enthused and initiate intimacy sometimes. If he feels like "yea, she'll do it if I want", what he's really saying is that he doesn't think she really wants it but she'll cooperate if HE wants it. It probably makes him feel like she's doing something that she doesn't really enjoy and maybe even doesn't want to, but she'll go along. Initiating it occasionally can help change an attitude.
Yes, a wife can refuse sex to her husband. If the husband were to force his wife to have sex it is rape.

Yes, she can refuse, but a judge will order the test if she is not married. If she is married, her husband is legally the father.
Yes you can refuse. I don't know who is trying to force you to get a restraining order against your husband, but restraining orders are for the benefit of the people who obtain them, so if you don't think you need one, then no one has the right to force you to get one. Of course, if your husband is actually a violent person who is dangerous to you, then it would be in your interests to get a restraining order. But that is for you to decide.
simply put. YES simply put. YES
