You could always try to win her back. It depends why she left you too. If you were just a bad spouse then she didn't do anything wrong by leaving you and you just need to get over her. BUT if you were sweet to her and treated her right and she left you then you can always try to win her over. What I would do personally, is talk to her. Make her laugh, make her happy, show her that you deserve her and you love and care about her. OR an option is just to move on if she won't take you back.
