A common answer given is genital size. But it really has to do more with personality and a girl's preference.

Here is some conjecture on some of the social dynamics at work here, and hopefully some insights. For some reason, and speaking from a US perspective, some women feel more insecure these days. Feminism has taught women they can do for themselves and that they don't need men, and a number of White men, for instance, tended to oblige. Black men in the US didn't absorb this script as much because they were still trying to fight for their place. Now the women who have done for themselves for all these years see the value of men in their lives. There also seems to be an increase of low-income White women. Black men still seem to suffer some feelings of insecurity which stemmed from the racism they suffered. So they tend to feel they must try harder. Then when low-income women and women who are tired of both feminism and the traditional rules come along, these may be the first men they find who seem interested.

Eventually, as things like the above dynamics play themselves out, a point of homeostasis will be reached. Then people will just date and marry irrespective of race, and it won't be a big deal.
