Gabriel is generally considered to be a positive figure in various religious texts and traditions. In Christianity, Gabriel is an archangel who often serves as a messenger of God, delivering important messages to people such as the annunciation to Mary. In Islam, Gabriel (Jibril) is also an important figure who is seen as a messenger of Allah. Therefore, Gabriel is typically associated with goodness and positive influence in religious contexts.

There is no such thing as "good evil." Evil is the opposite of good.
The Avengers theme song, Good versus Evil is one song. Between good and evil by Santana is another song about good over evil.

In the Book of Daniel 10: 10-13 we are told that Daniel during a vision is touched by a hand, (presumably the hand of Gabriel the angel as Gabriel is the usual messenger between God and Daniel) and explains to Daniel that he, Gabriel, has been trying to contact Daniel for 21 days, but the prince of the kingdom of Persia (An evil angel) withstood him and that finally Michael (the chief angel of heaven) had to come and help Gabriel escape the evil angel. If this would have been the Angel of the Lord the evil angel would have been toast.
The Book of Galatians 5 gives the perfect illustration of the origin of good and bad, According to Galatians 5: 1 we can be under the yoke of slavery, which constasts with freedom. Verse 4 shows that when we are seperated from Christ, we have fallen away from his undersrved kindness. Galatians 5: 13 reads. " You were called to freedom brothers; only do not use this freedom as an opportunity to pursue fleshly desires. Verse 16 invites us to keep walking by spirit and we will carry out no fleshly desire at all. Which means there are two kinds of spirits. Fleshly spirit and Christ's spirit. Verse 17 shows that these two are opposed to each other. According to Galatians 5: 19,20 the works of flesh are sexual immorality, uncleanness, brazen conduct, idolatry, spiritism, hostility, strif, jealousy, fits of anger, dissensions, division, sects, envy, drunkenness, wild parties and things like these. Galatians 5: 22,23 shows on the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit of Christ is: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. Verse 26 invites us to not become egotistical, stirring up competition with one another, envying one another. The idea of being egotistical literally conveys the idea of " empty glory; vainglory." Having exaggerated self- conceptions, conceited, boastful. This suggests a strong desire to receive praise from others for valueless, empty reasons. So your idea which is" where there is good there is evil". The Scriptures above shows that it results from our choice and state of mind. We can poison our mind with poisonous thinking which will result in bad actions or we can choose as Christ's followers to put the sinful human nature to death. All those who choose to belong to Christ should decisively put away " the works of the flesh" mentioned at Galatians 5: 19-21 . Psalm 37: 29 describes what our future holds in these words. " The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it, which has always been God's purpose for our planet Earth. God's purpose has been postponed and His government ( His kingdom ) will undo all the harm that millenniums of human rule have done. Read Revelation 19: 15, 17, 18 When Jesus was on earth he taught us to pray for God's kingdom to come, where his Father's will, will be done as in heaven also on earth.
