'The Reaper' and death are one in the same. You are basically asking 'is death good or evil'? Of course it depends on how you look at it, but I would have to defer to the old adage that 'death is but a part of life'. In that regard, I would say it was a good thing.
Though not necessarily good for one's health.
The Grim Reaper, the embodiment of Death, the reaper of souls, is neither good nor evil. These are moral constraints. Death is amoral.
I am neither evil nor good I am death and I serve to my own gain in my quest for eternal anarchy

The Grim Reaper and the Devil are both symbolic figures representing different concepts. The Grim Reaper personifies death and the inevitability of mortality, while the Devil often symbolizes temptation, evil, and the struggle against morality. Their "power" depends on the context—death is an unavoidable fate, but the Devil embodies the potential for moral conflict and the choice between good and evil. Ultimately, their influence varies based on individual beliefs and interpretations.
The Grim Reaper represents Death. Death is the natural consequence of mankind sinning against God almighty, so in a sense it could be considered evil. The Bible says in Revelation that the last enemy that would be thrown into the lake of fire would be death. The Grim Reaper is also called the Angel of Death, and in that sense, he could also be considered evil. But the Bible never confirms that this angel is a devil, therefore evil. My best reply to this is that the grim reaper is the personification of something that we fear and dread, and that because of that, we make it out to be evil. But if you are washed in Christ's blood and redeemed, youi don't have to fear death. The Lord promises you eternal life with him.
There is no such thing as "good evil." Evil is the opposite of good.
it is a human that can see ghost and spirt type monster and have the power to control chaos to destroy evil spirts
Probably a pentagram, grim reaper, or skull used to symbolize death or a spade, the death card.
