There isn't a book in the Old Testament (or the New Testament) that is all names. However, there are places in the Old Testament that has a lot of names listed in them. Numbers has a lot of names in it because it has a record of the census taken of the children of Israel while they were in the desert. But that only accounts for a couple of chapters, not the entire book which has 36 chapters. Joshua also has a lot of names in it because it's telling who gets what in the promised land. I Chronicles has more names than any other book in the Old Testament because it is a historical record of people from Adam to Abraham. The 1st 9 chapters are all names in a book with a total of 29 chapters. Ezra also has a long list of names in chapters 2, 8 and 10. Nehemiah has a list in chapters 7, 10 and 12.
