George told the guys that Lennie went south to the brush to search for his puppy. However, in reality, Lennie accidentally killed Curley's wife and then fled to the same spot to hide as he was instructed by George earlier.
George. After Lennie accidentally killed Curleys wife and went to hide in the brush (a place where George and Lennie agreed to meet in case of trouble) Curley and the guys set out to kill Lennie for what he did. George, not wanting Lennie to die like that, told Lennie the story of the house they planned on having. while telling Lennie he shot him in the back of the head.
Lennie tells his froend George he remembers that a lady used to give mice to him. George scoffs. "A lady, huh? (you) don't even remember who that lady was. That was your own Aunt Clara. An' she stopped givin' 'em to ya. You always killed 'em." Lennie's Aunt Clara had raised Lennie from when he was a baby right up until she died, then he and his friend George went out working, and looking for work, together.
George knew Lennie's Aunt Clara when she passed away Lennie just went with George to work.
Lennie and George first went to a ranch in Weed, California, where they had to flee due to an incident involving Lennie and a girl's dress.
At the end of the book Lennie once again returns to the brush down by the Salinas River. That was where the book started and where George and Lennie stayed before they went to the Ranch, where they cooked beans and talked about their own plot of land for the first time.
they started working. they made of couple of friends. just as things started to clear up, a suspicous woman with no name cam up. she was curley's wife and she was trouble. she started talking to lennie alone one dayand started pushing his buttons. it wasn't in lennie's control, and he started shaking her rapidly. because of lennie's strength, he did kill Curley's wife. wHEN CURLEY AND THE OTHERS INCLUDING gEORGE FOUND OUT, THEY IMMEDIATELY KNEW IT WAS LENNIE AND WENT AFTER HIM. George knew if they had found him, they would either hang him or sent him to a mental institution. both were pure torture, so slowly while explaining the "tending to the rabbits" story to lennie, George shot him.
George says 'and whatta got, George went on furiously. i got you!'
Lennie and George met when George's aunt Clara passed away and Lennie's Aunt Clara died. George was friends with Lennie's Aunt Clara, and Lennie's Aunt Clara had asked George to look out for Lennie after she passed away. George agreed to take care of Lennie and they formed a strong bond based on mutual dependence and friendship.
The guys from the bunkhouse, except for Candy and Lennie, went to a local whorehouse in the town.
If you are talking about the book Of Mice and Men, Lennie is mad at the puppy for dieing. He was playing with the puppy, it went to bite him playfully, and Lennie smacked the puppy on its head. Lennie, being mentally retarded was unaware of his strength and accidentally killed the puppy.
ok if you are talking about mice and men i know what you mean but if you are not talking about the flim/book of mice and men then i don't know what you mean at all. when curleys wife died in mice and men every one went running after Lennie because he is the one that killed her and Lennie dies in the end. (george hsi best friend kills him because he was going the die anyway.)
George ended up traveling with Lennie because Lennie's Aunt Clara, who had cared for him before, had passed away. George promised Aunt Clara that he would look after Lennie, so he felt responsible for him and chose to stay by his side.
