The conflict is when the sea monster realizes that the foghorn isn't one of it's kind.
"The Fog Horn" is a short story by Ray Bradbury set in a remote lighthouse on the edge of the sea. The story takes place during a stormy night as two characters, Johnny and McDunn, witness a mysterious and awe-inspiring creature rising from the deep ocean. The setting of the story enhances the sense of isolation and wonder experienced by the characters.
It may have dealt with tampering with emergency location devices- such as the Fog Signal the title alludes to- possibly to cause ship accidents and then create work for the salvage contractors- which might cost human life. Human wreckage, indeed. Why couldn"t Bradbury focus on Sci Fi, not terrorist plotting? That is my guess.
Two short horn blast from a vessel means that she is turning port and one short horn blast that she is turning starboard
Then you have a short in the wiring, the horn button is defective, or the horn itself is defective.
Most likely a short between the horn relay and the horn switch in the steering wheel.
Dead short in the horn or the wire. Try unhooking the horn and see if it still blows the fuse. Stop pusjing the horn so much! :-) Actually there seems to be a short or a bad horn. Check for the horn relay as well it may be stuck or bad.
Short in the wiring or a bad horn switch.
Short in the wiring, horn switch defective, or horn relay going bad.
You could 'toot' your horn...
