Lex and Scar tied the chain from the Queen around a water tank and pushed it down a cliff into the icy ocean. Aliens don't need air underwater, therefore the Queen is possibly still alive if it's organs did not freeze - which is most likely. So the Queen is out. Scar left on the Predator's ship so Lex was left in Antarctica, alone. Scar previously got facehugged so at the end his chest exploded revealing the Predalien. So Lex kinda won but I dunno what she's gonna do or how she's gonna get off Antarctica.
