Pullman Village existed on the far southeast side of Chicago where the Pullman factory made Pullman railway cars. In Pullman Village, employees lived in company provided housing, shopped at company provided stores, and their children went to school in company provided schools. What buildings remain are part of a historical preservation. Some would consider it a Utopia. Others saw it as a labor ghetto designed to control the free will of workers at Pullman's Plant. It provided certain amenities and a clean and healthy environment but it was designed to control the employees, eliminate labor unions and collective bargaining by providing for instant and immediate eviction. It was a Company Town.
a journalist is made. he/she is built. In order to have the skills fit to become an outstanding journalist and writer, one has to practice, train, and persevere to be the best. according to some, being a journalist takes time to build, but for me, it only depends in one's desire to be a successful writer, and there are no barriers that can stop him from persevering, if his mind is courageous and ready enough to take the challenges to become the greatest journalist.

In some cases, yes. Stories do carry with them some of the author's beliefs. Some stories are simply to entertain, while others are made to show the author's beliefs. Others may fall somewhere in between. Upton Sinclair's The Jungle is a clear case of the author promoting socialism. Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials series is largely for entertainment, but also carries with it Pullman's anti-religious views. It should not be assumed, however, that just because something is written in a story that the author believes it.
