Decapolis is actually ten distinct cities. Of them, only two are in Israel. There is Scythopolis which is currently called Beit She'an (בֵּית שְׁאָן) and there is Hippos which is currently just ruins and is called Sussita (סוסיתא) in Hebrew. Both cities are in the eastern Galilee region and are very close to the Sea of Galilee.
Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, but it certainly not the largest city in Asia; it is not even the largest city in Israel (which is Tel Aviv). The largest city in Asia is the Tokyo-Yokohama metropolitan area; the two cities bleed into one another.
