Assigning responsibility for the death of Romeo and Juliet is not a particularly productive pastime, but there are certainly two people whose rash actions push the plot toward its grim conclusion. One is Mercutio who, while knowing that it is illegal to fight in the street, and having no particular reason to fight Tybalt, nevertheless engages in a fight with him and continues in it notwithstanding the protests of his friends. Swords are sharp pointy things that can cause a lot of damage, even by accident, and should be treated with caution. Mercutio doesn't do that, and it costs him and ultimately Tybalt and Romeo.
The other is Romeo. When Balthazar brings the news to him he asks whether there has been any word from the friar. He knows there must be more to this story. The friar is his friend and confidant and would be able to provide information about Juliet's death. But no, Romeo is so desperate to play the tragic hero, he can't wait to get the information which would enable him to make a proper decision. All he would have to do is to stop for a bit just outside of the town walls and send Balthazar in to fetch the friar.
Romeo and Juliet. Romeo takes poison and Juliet stabs herself. But people can make convincing arguments that anyone in the play is responsible for their deaths. I mean, what was that apothecary doing, selling poison when he knew it was illegal? What kind of an idiot was Balthazar, telling Romeo that Juliet was dead without double-checking with the friar first? If Rosaline had only said "yes" to Romeo all this might never have happened. And so on and so on.
Monks and missionaries
Romeo is often considered to be Juliet's foil. While Juliet is more level-headed and rational, Romeo is impulsive and emotional. Their contrasting personalities highlight each other's characteristics throughout the play.
The Spanish were largely responsible for bringing Catholicism to the United States, especially in the southwestern states - Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California.
Quite a few people, actually. Chiang Kai Chek. The Dalai Lama. Percy Bysshe Shelley. Same applies even if you only consider the people in the play. The Dramatis Personae in my copy includes "Citizens of Verona", "Guards" and "Watchmen". I doubt if you could hold them responsible at all.
actually yes there ARE two headed people on earth
He was the president involved in the Civil War (1861-1865) and was largely responsible for the freeing of enslaved blacks. (Although people still largely discriminated against blacks until the civil rights movements of the 1960s)
People watch Romeo and Juliet because it is a classic movement in literature. Romeo and Juliet was created by William Shakespeare.

True -Novanet
Romeo and Juliet's deaths were a result of their tragic love story and the feud between their families, the Montagues and Capulets. The Nurse was Juliet's trusted confidante who inadvertently contributed to their secret marriage, while Friar Lawrence played a role in their downfall by performing their secret wedding and giving Juliet the potion that led to their misunderstandings and eventual deaths.
