Romeo was the son of Lady Montague and Lord Montague. (By Skrappycoco also known as Tiffany)
Lady Montague dies grieving for her son. Her husband informs the Prince of her death in the Tomb Scene.
Romeo had not been talking to anyone and seemed distracted.
Lord Montague's dialogue reveals that he is a caring and concerned father. He shows empathy and love towards his son Romeo by worrying about him and seeking information about his well-being. This indicates that Lord Montague is a protective and involved parent.
Lady Montague, Romeo's mother, is said to have died from grief over her son's banishment. Montague says, in Act 5, Scene 3, and lines 218-219, "Alas, my liege, my wife is dead tonight. Grief of my son's exile hath stopped her breath."
I think it is Mercutio. He was really good friends with the family but was not directly related to them. After his death, Romeo killed Tybalt, who was the cousin of Juliet.

Only one of Romeo's friends is related to the prince and that is Mercutio; he is a kinsman to the prince. Therefore he is not a Montague not a Capulet.
