Would seem reasonable, but will never happen, Auto extended warranties are experts at never giving money back & there probably isn't any state laws to protect you. It would likely be covered under state law. If your state attorney General's office has a consume ombudsman, you might ask if there is any help for consumers on that issue. A letter from the state Attorney general will certainly get a lot more weight, response & attention than an angry email from you..
