However some small charter operations might, as they have limited seating and if someone books a seat who is very large then they will have to count that person as multiple people in order to have the correct Load and Balance figures. So in effect a 3-400 pound person would cause them to have to fly with 1 less person, so they may charge that person a bit more to try to make up for the lost revenue.
