pay is based on: 1: supply and demand; curve; of your skill; how rare they are; how plentiful they are 2: number of subordinates you are in charge; higher the number more you must get paid; 3: speed and efficiency for you to get a job done; if you can do in a day others do in a week; you deserve higher pay; if what you did have 2 error while standard is 20 errors you must get paid more; 4: hazard pay; how dangerous your work; is; higher the danger higher the pay; 5: return on investment; how much resources and manpower did you use to get the job done; if next guy spent a million dollars with 100 people; and you got it done with 100,000 dollars with 10 people; you deserve higher pay; determine the position; in totem pole; add quantified elements; and calculate your deserved pay; if your company is not willing to pay; on what you think you are due; leave; you always have right to walk out; go seek better job; company who are willing to pay you for what you are worth;
