No. It is fake money and is not "legal tender" or real money.
Any supposed "US bill" with a denomination higher than $10,000 isn't real. There are loads of novelty "million dollar" and "billion dollar" bills that sell for a few bucks at gift and trick shops.
There were real $100,000 bills issued in 1934 and 1935 but they were only used for making transfers inside the Federal Reserve System; none were put into circulation. All but a couple of them were later destroyed by the Treasury. These bills are often counterfeited, especially in the Philippines and other East Asian countries.
There is no such bill. That's a joke.
No. You can get five of them for $10 at your local bank.
i have never seen one
Literally nothing. It's a novelty.
Not in the US or Canada. The largest circulating US bill was a $10,000 note and only a few hundred were ever printed. The largest US bill ever printed was worth $100,000 and was only used inside the government in the days before electronic funds transfers. However Zimbabwe, which calls its currency the dollar even though it's not linked to the US or Canadian dollar, DID print huge-denomination bills due to rampant hyperinflation. So if the question was "Is there a billion Zimbabwe dollar bill?", that answer is yes.

No, but there is a million dollar bill note.
i have never seen one
A billion is 1,000,000,000 and so (if there is a thousand dollar bill in circulation, I am not sure it is), then divide 1,000,000,000 by 1000 to get the number of bills which would be 1,000,000 which is a million
Yes. It would reach around the world. Not once but 3 times.
2.8 billion dollars
Literally nothing. It's a novelty.
There are over 1.3 billion $2 bill printed but people seem to think it is rare but is not, you can get them in the bank
Billion Dollar Babies was created in 1972-08.
The bill that was defeated in the Senate was a 14 billion dollar rescue plan for the automakers. The President has no power to overrule a bill that is defeated in Congress. The 17.4 billion dollar assistance to the automakers will be a low interest loan drawn from the 700 billion "bail out" fund already passed by both Houses in October.
Billion Dollar Secret was created in 1999.
