Subject: OFFICE TIMINGS
The office timings will be followed as stated blow;
Start of Work : 08:00 am
Morning Tea : 10:00am - 10:10am
Lunch Break / Namaz-e-Zuhr : 01:00pm - 01:40pm
Evening Tea : 03:00pm - 03:10pm
Close of Work : 6:00 pm
And on Friday the lunch& pray time will be 01:20pm - 03:00pm including tea.
All the concerns are hereby advice to follow the above said timings with strict adherence. And it is also instructed that no one is allowed to leave plant/office for break timings without considering whistle announcement.
Wholehearted cooperation of all the concerns are invited for creating a disciplined environment.

Well it all depends on what you are needing the office for and how many employees you are going to have. If there are very few employees with your new company then I would get a smaller office and expand later.
