For feedback to be effective, it must be given in timely manner.Rewieving an employee performance and suggesting ways to improve. It must occur when the project is still fresh in the employees mind and he can still recall how a project progressed. If feedback occurs too remain in time. Writing

Written feedback is more effective than oral feedback because it provides employees with a reference point for how a project should be completed.
