Tiered credit is a categorization that will differ from lender to lender and may change over time as the credit markets rise and fall. A fairly common label for tier 3 would be "low-to-mid 600s" so it would be safe to say it would cover 600-650 or so. However, keep in mind that lenders catering to the higher or lower echelon of credit ratings may categorize this differently.

Tier 2 operators typically have a regional presence and interconnect with Tier 1 networks, while Tier 3 operators are usually smaller, local providers that may rely on Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks for connectivity. These classifications help in understanding the hierarchy of service providers and their roles in the broader telecommunications ecosystem.
