If you have four of them, then the set is worth $80.
Go to your local bank and order them free of charge if you are a member. I order stacks of 20's valued at 2,000 and stacks of 100's valued at 10,000 complete un-circulated and sequential.
In average circulated condition it is only worth face value. Crisp uncirculated bills would be worth about $30 - $35 at retail.
Non sequential bills, are bills whose serial numbers are not in sequence. They are random and completely different from each other.
There were no series letters on 1990 $100 bills. You may be looking at a plate-position marker or some other security feature. In any case, except for uncirculated bills and those with printing errors, all modern-date $100 bills are worth only face value.

The value of 1981 one-dollar bills in sequential order is primarily determined by their condition and demand among collectors. Generally, these bills are worth their face value of one dollar unless they have unique features, such as misprints or being part of a rare serial number sequence. In uncirculated condition, they might fetch a small premium, but typically they are valued at around $1 to $5 each. For a complete series in sequential order, the total would be simply the face value multiplied by the number of bills.
If you have four $100 bills, then the total value is $400. The only way a sequential set will have collector value is if they're an old series.
If you have four of them, then the set is worth $80.
Unless it's crisp and uncirculated, face value only
worthless site wastes time
If you receive a dollar from anyone besides the federal government, it is circulated. It can be in 100% mint condition, if it has ever been used, it is circulated. Most uncirculated bills are part of a series, and will come with identification
All dollar bills have signatures printed on them; one is the Secretary of the Treasury, and the other is the U.S. Treasurer. An uncirculated series 1974 might sell for a few dollars, but it's not especially valuable.
